HUD contracts with local real estate experts throughout the Dallas / Fort Worth metroplex to hold free home buyer seminars. These classes are held in every corner of the metroplex. All are held in a professional environment comparable to the location described below. Below we included an example of what you will find at our North Tarrant County seminar location 9500 Ray White Rd, Ste 200, Fort Worth, TX 76244, the office of the real estate company REO Maven.

The seminar will be held in the training room at our office located at the corner of Kroger Dr (also called Heritage Trace) and Ray White Rd. 

We are in the 2 story white building across the street from Central High School.

We are on the 2nd floor. 
To gain access to the 2nd floor, enter the glass double doors behind the fountain. The location is clearly marked by the red circle in the photo to the right.

After you go upstairs, you will enter a lobby that looks exactly like this (only the TV is bigger).
When you enter, Tori or Vanessa will be sitting behind the front desk. Let them know you are here for the training and they will direct you to the training room.

When you enter the training room, you will be invited to sign the sign-in sheet. The entrance to the training room is located in the back of the room to allow for easy / uninterrupted exit if you should need to leave the room during the presentation for a phone call or break.

Our snack selection has been upgraded since taking this photo. You will be offered a free snack and drink. We also have free coffee available.

The presentation is professional yet relaxed. We have limited seating and our classes tend to fill up quick. 
We dress up, but you are welcome to attend in casual attire (shorts, jeans, tennis shoes are all welcomed). We encourage you to make yourself feel at home and come eager to discover a few nuggets of info that may substantially improve the success of your home buying outcome.
